Speyside Regular Italic

Regular Italic introduces a relaxed forward movement to Speyside’s rounded, controlled forms. The slant feels fluid rather than sharp, echoing the handmade spirit behind the family’s batik-inspired roots while keeping the structure steady enough for sustained reading. In text settings it adds emphasis without breaking the rhythm; in display sizes it becomes more lyrical, especially alongside the decorated capitals and small caps. Pair it with the Regular for clear hierarchy, or let it stand alone when a softer, more expressive voice is needed.
