Ornes Rustic

Rustic carries the raw, hand-hewn spirit of Ornes most directly. Its forms echo the irregular rhythm of carved wood, with a slightly uneven lowercase that feels cut rather than drawn. The texture is subtle but present, giving lines a lived-in cadence that sets it apart from the smoother members of the family. Use it when you want the runic influence to feel grounded and tactile. Paired with a more restrained Ornes style, Rustic introduces contrast and hierarchy, adding depth to titles, short passages, and emblematic wordmarks without losing the family’s historical voice.
