Glamour OverDose details
OverDose is Glamour with the volume turned past sensible. Strokes swell, proportions verge on excess, and the polite modernism of the 1948 original gives way to something knowingly theatrical. Where the standard cuts retain a poised mid‑century rhythm, this variant exaggerates it, testing how far the idea can stretch before it breaks. Used alongside the more restrained weights, OverDose becomes a sharp tool for contrast—an attention-grabbing headline against calmer text, or a punchline within a larger typographic system. It’s unruly, a little unglamorous, and all the more compelling for it.
