Cloister Light details
Cloister Light reveals the family’s Venetian roots with a gentler voice and a brighter page color. Its reduced weight allows the classical proportions and finely cut serifs to breathe, giving text an open, unhurried rhythm. Compared to the Regular and heavier styles, Light feels more literary and contemplative, ideal when hierarchy calls for subtle distinction rather than emphasis. Use it for chapter openings, refined mastheads, or quiet quotations, and pair it with the darker weights to build a graceful, historically grounded typographic palette.
