Mike Beens

Michael D. Beens graduated from the College for Creative Studies in Detroit, and reflects influences of the generation of lettering artists, type designers, and calligraphers embodied by Jerry Campbell, Dick Isbell, and Lothar Hoffmann. His career includes more than a decade of teaching, as well as high profile work for General Motors Automotive Identification / Corporate & Brand ID and redesign of the Little Caesars logotype.
