Detail view
Conceptual art brought to life by Richard Kegler. Wood type was used from several sources, including P22 Design Research Laboratory, to be able to render Pi (π) to the 390th decimal place.

This print was made in part with the aid of the P22 Design Research Lab. The P22DRL is an archive of tens of thousands of wood advertising blocks originally used by Pollack Printing of Buffalo NY for department store posters in the mid 20th Century.
