While digging through the archive we noticed we still had stacks of bills, so we decided to make this ephemera pack containing one of each of ten different bills that were issued from the Bank of P22 between 1999 and 2005. These were all designed by the P22 staff using P22 type and dingbat fonts, with a bit of custom illustration here and there. There are denominations ranging from five dollars to the unique 95 cent bill. Most of the bills have been crash numbered, and one is even embossed, as security measures. They all come in a custom printed money sack.
Inspired by Notgeld of post-war Europe, the P22 Dollars started as a way to give P22 customers discounts on mail orders of font discs, back when that was a thing. These long-since expired Dollars were also used as gift certificates of a sort. Now again available an intricate type specimen.
