¶ A RETHINK, no boat, no office, no home. Disaster had followed me around. The hot metal division of the Lanston Type Company was devastated on January 21st, 2000 by a tidal wave. They changed the word, tidal wave because it implies something which it is not. They renamed it Tsunami. Tsumani means "tidal wave" in Japanese. Go figure. Anyway near death from illness in a Prince Edward Island hospital, then a steam explosion aboard the vessel seriously burning my leg, now this.
I had become a walking disaster zone. It followed me around like a tail.
The sinking of my vessel which had everything I owned aboard. One of the losses was pictures I had taken of my previous loss. There is something to be said for the electronic world. I am still in business.
By autumn a decision was made to visit Tytti's homeland.
